Constellation Psychiatry & Wellness provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and whole-person mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older. Care is rooted in evidence-based psychiatry while also considering sleep, nutrition, stress, hormones, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
Areas of Care
-
Depression can affect mood, motivation, sleep, energy, concentration, appetite, and the ability to feel present in daily life. Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and attention to lifestyle, stress, medical contributors, and overall wellness.
-
Anxiety may show up as excessive worry, panic symptoms, racing thoughts, irritability, physical tension, avoidance, or difficulty relaxing. Care focuses on understanding the pattern of anxiety and creating a treatment plan that supports both symptom relief and long-term emotional resilience.
-
ADHD can affect focus, organization, task initiation, follow-through, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Evaluation and treatment may include diagnostic clarification, medication management when appropriate, and practical strategies to support executive functioning.
-
Mood symptoms can be complex and may include depression, irritability, elevated mood, impulsivity, sleep changes, or periods of emotional intensity. Care includes careful diagnostic assessment, medication management, and ongoing monitoring to support mood stability and safety.
-
Trauma and chronic stress can affect mood, sleep, anxiety, relationships, concentration, and the nervous system. Treatment focuses on stabilization, symptom relief, and supportive psychiatric care that honors the connection between emotional experiences and the body.
-
Sleep difficulties often overlap with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, hormonal changes, and medical factors. Care may include assessment of sleep patterns, medication considerations, and supportive strategies to improve rest and daytime functioning.
Approach to Care
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, lifestyle, medical factors, stressors, and goals before making treatment recommendations. When medication is appropriate, I aim to use it intentionally and carefully, while also considering sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and other factors that influence mental health.

During this visit, we’ll explore your mental, emotional, physical, and lifestyle health, including past experiences, current challenges, and goals for wellness.
This session may include:
A detailed review of your psychiatric and medical history
Discussion of your current symptoms, stressors, and strengths
Review of any prior medications, lab results, or supplements
Screening for relevant nutritional, hormonal, or sleep factors
Development of an integrative treatment plan, which may include medication options, supplement or lab recommendations, and lifestyle strategies that support long-term balance and resilience
By the end of your initial evaluation, you’ll leave with a personalized care plan that reflects both evidence-based psychiatry and an integrative, holistic approach to mental wellness.

Each session may include:
Review of your symptoms, response to medications, and overall well-being
Adjustment of dosages, supplements, or integrative strategies as needed
Supportive psychiatric counseling and lifestyle guidance
Discussion of factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, and routines that influence mood and focus

-

Brief Follow-up
25 to 30 minutes
$160
Brief follow-up sessions are 25 to 30 minutes and focus on maintaining stability and continuity of care. These visits are ideal for medication management, reviewing progress, or addressing specific concerns that arise between longer appointments.
During these sessions, we’ll assess how you’re feeling, make any necessary medication or supplement adjustments, and ensure your treatment plan continues to support your overall wellness.
-

Integrative Follow-up / Lifestyle Session
60 minutes
$295
Integrative follow-up sessions are 60 minutes and provide space to explore the deeper connections between your mental and physical health. These visits are ideal for clients interested in a more comprehensive, whole-person approach to ongoing care.
During this time, we may review lab results, discuss nutritional or supplement support, and consider how sleep, stress, and hormonal or other medical factors may influence emotional wellness. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore root causes, and develop practical strategies to promote lasting emotional and physical wellness.
