Behind Constellation
Your Care Provider
Anne Morrissette, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC
A thoughtful approach to psychiatric care rooted in connection, clarity, and whole-person healing.
I created Constellation Psychiatry & Wellness as a space for people to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with what brings balance and meaning to their lives.
The name Constellation reflects how I view healing. Our lives are shaped by many points of light: experiences, relationships, emotions, biology, habits, and stressors that can sometimes feel scattered or disconnected.
When we begin to understand how these pieces relate to one another, a clearer picture can emerge. Often, the ways we’ve learned to cope no longer fit who we are becoming, and that moment of misalignment is where meaningful change begins.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing care for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, from age 6 through late life.
My work blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with integrative and lifestyle-informed approaches, with an emphasis on thoughtful medication management and whole-person care.
I prioritize unhurried visits, collaborative decision-making, and care that is responsive to the full context of your life.
An Example of Integrative Care
This is an overview of how integrative psychiatric care is thoughtfully approached at Constellation Psychiatry & Wellness.
-
People come in for many reasons — anxiety, mood changes, difficulty focusing, sleep issues, burnout, or simply a sense that something feels off. Some arrive with a clear goal, others with uncertainty.
We begin by understanding what brought you here and what feeling better would mean for you personally. This helps guide care in a way that feels purposeful and aligned with your life.
-
Mental health is shaped by more than symptoms alone. Your history, stressors, sleep, physical health, medications, and daily rhythms all play a role.
We take time to look at patterns and contributing factors, creating context and clarity rather than rushing to conclusions. This thoughtful approach allows care to be more precise and supportive.
-
Your treatment plan is collaborative and individualized. It may include psychiatric medication, evidence-based supplements, lifestyle considerations, or targeted recommendations to support sleep, mood, and resilience.
Care is adjusted gradually and intentionally, with attention to what feels effective, tolerable, and sustainable for you.
-
Care doesn’t stop after an initial plan is created. As your needs change, we continue to refine and adjust together.
Follow-up visits may focus on stability, deeper exploration of contributing factors, or long-term support and maintenance. The goal is care that evolves with you, not something you outgrow.
