Constellation Psychiatry & Wellness was founded by Anne Morrissette, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner committed to helping individuals find balance through personalized, integrative care. The practice was created from years of clinical experience witnessing how people heal more fully when treatment extends beyond medication alone; when care connects mind, body, and lifestyle in meaningful ways. Care is available for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages — from age 6 through late life.
